Due to rapid growth, we are keen to welcome aboard a Sales Associate in our Business Development division.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of the JONEX Global business model & differentiation.
- Research, generate leads and reach out to prospect organisations introducing our services.
- Attending Events/Expos/Conferences in India representing JONEX Global (physical & virtual).
- Coordinate & lead online and Face to Face meetings with prospects/Clients supported by the wider team.
- Presentation of complex commercial proposals to prospects/Clients, negotiations, overcoming objections and completing the entire Sales cycle towards deal closures.
- Build excellent inter-personal relationships with prospects/Clients & maintain regular contact.
- Use social media to the advantage of the company and respond to inbound enquiries.
- Support with third party consultancies, suppliers & vendors
- Any other reasonable services agreed mutually.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Economics, Business Administration, or Commercial.
- A relationship driven, confident and consultative salesperson with outstanding communication skills.
- Prior experience of B2B sales or business development advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to adapt quickly & grasp the business model and strategic objectives of prospects across industries.
- Is diligent, comfortable taking initiatives & takes responsibility.
- Aware of current affairs & cultural differences and embraces diversity with ease.
- Native level Japanese speaker with proficiency in English.
- Must be able to travel within Japan and internationally.
- Preferably located within commutable distance of Tokyo.
- Must be authorised to live & work in Japan.
