Due to rapid growth, we are keen to welcome aboard a Sales Associate in our Business Development division. 

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the JONEX Global business model & differentiation.
  • Research, generate leads and reach out to prospect organisations introducing our services.
  • Attending Events/Expos/Conferences in India representing JONEX Global (physical & virtual).
  • Coordinate & lead online and Face to Face meetings with prospects/Clients supported by the wider team.
  • Presentation of complex commercial proposals to prospects/Clients, negotiations, overcoming objections and completing the entire Sales cycle towards deal closures.
  • Build excellent inter-personal relationships with prospects/Clients & maintain regular contact.  
  • Use social media to the advantage of the company and respond to inbound enquiries.
  • Support with third party consultancies, suppliers & vendors  
  • Any other reasonable services agreed mutually.

Who we are looking for:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Economics, Business Administration, or Commercial.
  • A relationship driven, confident and consultative salesperson with outstanding communication skills. 
  • Prior experience of B2B sales or business development advantageous but not essential. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly & grasp the business model and strategic objectives of prospects across industries.
  • Is diligent, comfortable taking initiatives & takes responsibility.
  • Aware of current affairs & cultural differences and embraces diversity with ease.
  • Native level Japanese speaker with proficiency in English.
  • Must be able to travel within Japan and internationally.
  • Preferably located within commutable distance of Tokyo.
  • Must be authorised to live & work in Japan.
